Tasting Room Experiences

Our signature tasting experience allows you to relax, learn and discover our full range of wines whilst sitting by the fire in the cosy tasting room or taking in our breathtaking views of the Barossa from our deck. The tasting includes a flight of at least 6 wines. Learn first-hand about the Seabrook story, our wines and vines.

-      Suitable for groups 1-20 people

-     This tasting is available Thursday – Monday 11am-5pm.

-      Bookings for groups more than 6 people are preferred.

Our Signature tasting experience matched together with a traditional Barossan shared platter. This experience celebrates the Barossa Food Culture of generous shared platters of authentic regional food matched with our small batch wines. Each element of the platter is hand selected by owners Hamish and Jo from their favourite local producers. The tasting includes a flight of at least 6 wines including our estate grown premium wines. Learn first-hand about the Seabrook story, our wines and vines.

Be greeted by winemaker and proprietor Hamish Seabrook, and venture out to the estate vineyard on a guided walk through the vines. Next you will be whisked away to the winery where you will taste through current vintage wines in barrel and learn more intimately how our wines are made. Journey back to the Tasting Room to finish off the morning with a Barossa shared platter and Signature Tasting Experience with Hamish whilst taking in the breathtaking vista from our deck. Finish off the day with an exclusive tasting of a back-vintage release.

Our signature tasting experience with a delicious Chocolate matching included allows you to relax, learn and discover our full range of wines & chocolates by Peter M, whilst sitting by the fire in the cosy tasting room or taking in our breathtaking views of the Barossa from our deck. The tasting includes a flight of at least 6 wines which will be matched to different styles of chocolate produced in the Barossa Valley.
