2023 The Gambler Cabernet Malbec

A Bold and expressive wine that is wonderfully balanced with the shape and form of Cabernet Sauvignon but the softness of Shiraz. plush juicy and fun.

The Cabernet Malbec is rich in dark berry fruits with hints of clove spice. Savoury fruits, strawberries, subtle oak and soft mouth-watering acidity together with long fine tannins completing this blend.

2022 Seabrook Adelaide Hills Montepulciano

Dark and brooding aromatics of glassed cherries, black plums and tanned leather. A savoury & textural wine, the palate provides notes of cherries and mulberries, framed by rich ripe tannins, soft acidity and a long, lingering finish.

2023 Tiger Moth Marshall Shiraz

A soft, round, and juicy red wine with subtle spice and blackcurrant aromatics. The palate is bright, fun, and expressive, filled with blackberry, plum, and mulberry flavors. Soft tannins and a delicate structure perfectly fill and line the palate, making this a fun and juicy Shiraz.
