This wine is a culmination of 3 vineyards and was a specific blend put together for one of our customers. We obviously made too much as is the case and I decided to share the overflow with you.
A classic Barossa Valley style Shiraz of rich blackcurrant fruits, with a distinct black pepper aroma. The palate is rich and long with lovely succulent tannins. The fruit is spicy, succulent and very expressive. A lovely classic Shiraz.
